Christmas Craft Fair

Saturday, November 16, 2024, 10:00 AM - 2:30 PMThe first Saint Joan of Arc Christmas Craft Fair will be held at St Margaret Mary Church on Saturday, November 16 from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The event is sponsored by the St. Katherine Drexel Society.The Fair currently has 8 Vendors and continues to grow! We will be selling Lunch - a bowl of homemade Turkey Chili and Chips and a drink for $5.00 starting at 11:30AM.We hope you can stop by and support our Mission!
We are seeking parishioners from both St Denis and St Margaret Mary Churcheswho would like to participate in one of several ways:
1. As a Vendor to sell your craft items or artwork (here is the Vendor Application that is required) – it must be received by Sheryl in the office by Monday, October 28, 2024.
2. As a Baker . We are seeking people to donate baked goods for sale (Funds raised will be used for the St. Katharine Drexel Society missions of mercy) if you will be baking please let Cindy know at [email protected]3. As a Crafter who wants to donate hand crafted items to be sold with the proceeds going to missions of the St Katherine Drexel Society.
4. As a Helper to answer questions, set up and break down tables, manage the food sales, serve the chili and drinks, guide people around the church to the elevator etc.Please support us and help make this a wonderful experience for the Parish!
The St. Katharine Drexel Society missions of mercy include the collection of school supplies in August for the Mission School, the baby shower, collections of toiletries for women in shelters, collecting and distributing winter coats, making fleece blankets for the homeless in Boston, and supporting the Giving Trees for both the Mission Grammar School in Roxbury and the YMCA in Quincy.
