About Our CYO Basketball Program
CYO Basketball starts with Grade 5. There are 4 boys' divisions: Grades 5 & 6, 7 & 8, 9 & 10 and 11 & 12. There are 3 girls' divisions: Grades 5 & 6, 7 & 8 and 9 thru 12.
CYO Sports is one component of our parish's comprehensive youth ministry program. It enables the partnership of parents, coaches, priests, religious, teachers and adult leaders to manage and support a sports program that allows youth to grow in their relationship with God and come to better understand themselves and the Catholic Faith. To better understand the program, all parents and players should read this letter. Also, please, fill out the CYO Minor Release Form when signing up.Games and Practices
Practices In a typical season practices begin in November and are held for 90 minutes once or twice a week based on available gym time. Games are played on weekends against other parish teams from Medfield, Dedham, Needham, Natick, Westwood, Norwood, Franklin, Wrentham, and Plainville. Home games are played at Westwood High School.
